It's a theme that pops in SPN from time to time, and one that I really like; those episodes where the culprits turn out to be completely human. So it's interesting to explore that here. ;)

And yeah, that's the other thing about Gabriel - it's easy to forget in fandom that he's not very nice, or at least hasn't been acting nice, despite his charm. So I'm trying to work that in, and maybe redeem him, in the sequel.
